We publish the information below in performance of the obligation arising from Article 5 of the ustawa z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną (the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means) and from Article 206 of the Kodeks spółek handlowych (the Polish Commercial Companies Code).

4. Scope of activity
We carry on the retail sale of consumables for 3D printing — above all filaments. We are the official distributor of the Porima brand in Poland and we import materials directly from the manufacturer. We ship goods from our own warehouse in Swarzędz near Poznań, within the territory of the Rzeczpospolita Polska (the Republic of Poland).
No permit or licence is required to carry on this activity, and the goods we sell are not covered by a regulated professional self-government body.
5. Shop platform
The mensa3d.com online shop runs on the Shopify platform, provided by Shopify International Limited with its registered office in Dublin (Ireland). Shopify acts as the supplier of the shop's technical infrastructure; the only party to the contract of sale concluded through it is Mensa Poland Sp. z o.o. We have described the rules for processing personal data in the Privacy policy.
6. Copyright and trade marks
The content published in this shop — product descriptions, texts, the layout and graphic design of the site, our own photographs and video materials — is protected by copyright and vests in Mensa Poland Sp. z o.o. or is used on the basis of the appropriate authorisations. Copying, reproducing and distributing this content for commercial purposes without our consent is not permitted.
The name Porima, together with the manufacturer's logotypes and markings, constitute trade marks of their owner and are used in this shop solely in order to indicate the origin of the goods offered. The other company, product and brand names mentioned on the site belong to their owners.
7. Product information
The printing parameters given with the products (temperatures, speeds, drying recommendations) are indicative and come from the manufacturer of the material. The optimum settings depend on the particular printer, nozzle, model geometry and ambient conditions, and we therefore recommend carrying out a test before the final print. This information does not constitute a guarantee within the meaning of the Kodeks cywilny (the Polish Civil Code), nor an assurance of particular properties of the goods going beyond the manufacturer's specification.
We take care to ensure that descriptions, photographs and prices are up to date and free of errors. Photographs are illustrative — the actual shade of the filament may differ slightly from the one shown on screen, owing to display settings.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Please send any comments and complaints in the first instance to hello@mensa3d.com — the great majority of matters can be settled directly and quickly.
A consumer additionally has the right to use out-of-court procedures for handling complaints and pursuing claims, in particular to seek assistance from the miejski (powiatowy) rzecznik konsumentów (the municipal or district consumer ombudsman) or from a social organisation whose statutory tasks include consumer protection, or to submit an application for resolution of the dispute to the competent wojewódzki inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej (the regional inspectorate of the Trade Inspection Authority). Detailed information is available from the Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów (UOKiK, the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection). Use of these procedures is voluntary and requires the consent of both parties.
