Complete print settings for every Porima filament stocked by Mensa3d. The values come straight from the manufacturer’s FDM parameter table (Porima Polimer Teknolojileri A.Ş.). All filaments have a diameter of 1.75 mm and a tolerance of ± 0.03 mm.
How to use this table. Start in the middle of the quoted nozzle temperature range and print a test cube. If the layers separate — raise it by 5 °C. If you get stringing or scorch marks — drop it by 5 °C and dry the filament. The AMS/CFS column tells you whether the material is suitable for Bambu Lab multi-material systems.

Not everything is in the manufacturer’s FDM parameter table. xPLA does not appear in Porima’s official FDM parameter table — which is why we publish no parameters for it at all. The temperatures for Rainbow PLA and Rainbow Silk PLA come from the manufacturer’s product pages rather than from the FDM parameter table; the remaining columns for those two materials and for TPU 95A are read across from the closest equivalent and have not been confirmed by the manufacturer. We have asked Porima for the full data on all four materials.
Warning — PLA/CF. Carbon fibre is highly abrasive. A hardened nozzle is required (hardened steel, ruby or carbide). A standard brass nozzle will wear out within a few prints. Minimum nozzle diameter 0.4 mm. The same applies, to a lesser degree, to PLA Wood.
PETG filaments

PETG and stringing. PETG has a natural tendency to string. The most effective fix is drying the filament before printing, together with 4–6 mm retraction (Bowden) or 0.8–1.5 mm (direct drive). HT PETG needs a hotend that runs above 280 °C — check your printer’s specification.

PA (nylon) — drying is mandatory. Nylon absorbs moisture from the air within a few hours. Undried filament gives prints with bubbles, poor layer adhesion and loud popping in the nozzle. Dry it for 8–12 h at 65–80 °C immediately before printing and print straight from the dryer. Print the first 5 layers with the fan switched off.

TPU — print slowly. Flexible materials need a low speed (20–40 mm/s) and preferably a direct drive extruder. Elongation at break above 500 %. We do not recommend TPU in AMS/CFS systems — soft filament can jam the feeder.
What this table cannot replace
The ranges given here are the manufacturer’s starting point, not a guarantee. Your actual settings depend on the printer, the hotend, layer height, speed and room temperature. Always run a test print before a large job.
The “temperature resistance” figure comes from the manufacturer’s FDM parameter table and is not the result of a standardised HDT or Vicat test. It should not be treated as a design parameter.
