TPU 95A is a flexible polyurethane filament with a hardness of 95 Shore A — for gaskets, protective covers, straps, phone cases and vibration-damping parts. Prints feel rubbery, resist abrasion and spring back to shape after being deformed.
Recommended starting settings
| Nozzle temperature | 230–260 °C |
| Bed temperature | 40–60 °C |
| Print speed | 20–40 mm/s (slower is safer) |
| Part cooling | 40–70% |
| Retraction | minimal (0.5–1 mm) |
| Extruder | direct drive recommended |
| Bambu AMS / CFS | not recommended — feed from an external holder |
TPU 95A has no entry in the manufacturer's official FDM parameter table — the settings above are our own starting recommendation, not manufacturer data. We do not carry values over from TPU Flex 98A, because that is a different material.

We publish the manufacturer's full official print parameters for the other materials in our print parameter table.
Bambu Lab AMS
The manufacturer publishes no Bambu Lab AMS compatibility declaration for this material — it has no entry in Porima’s official FDM parameter table. We do not assume compatibility by analogy with the names of other filaments. Every material the manufacturer lists as compatible is gathered in our filaments for the Bambu Lab AMS collection.
What sets this filament apart
A hardness of 95 Shore A absorbs vibration better and stretches more easily.
It works in motion and in contact with chemicals without losing its properties.
Gaskets, pads, RC tyres and anything meant to absorb shock.
Settings recommended by the manufacturer
Reference values — adjust them to your printer, nozzle and part geometry. The full technical data sheet (TDS) is available on request.
How this material performs in practice
A comparative 1–5 rating within the Porima range — it makes choosing between materials easier and does not replace the technical data sheet.

How to print with this filament
Start with the profile above. The ranges come from the manufacturer — set the middle of the range and fine-tune after your first test print.
Drying matters. Filament absorbs moisture from the air. If you hear popping in the nozzle or see bubbles on the walls, dry the spool for the time and at the temperature given in the print profile.
Storage. A sealed bag with a desiccant, or a filament dryer. Technical materials (PA, PETG, TPU) are the most sensitive to moisture.
